1. No matter what kind of trade (stocks, Forex, binary option) always set a Stop-loss point.
2. Always keep up your trading diary.
3. Always review the last back 5 loses, and to see where it goes wrong(strategy, attitude whatnot), but not how much you lose. And DESTROY the deadly reason.
